Fauve Studio

Thank you for visiting my web site. I am Renée Gandy, a self taught artist having pursued independent studies through my love of art history.
My art and painting have evolved from those studies, through experimentation, trial and error and a passion for the creative process. My art has and does reflect the artists and art periods I have studied and loved most from the Fauves, impressionists, post-impressionists, and the expressionists.

My influences are many and varied and above all I suppose "COLOR" would be the defining term in my work with form and kinetic brushstrokes following.
